Matthew Breach, Sussex born and bred, is based
in the South East of England living in Eastbourne.

From a small boy, using a simple ‘disposable camera’
on family holidays, he has always had that all
important ‘eye for a picture’ and developed an
enduring passion for photography. Over the years
he has combined this with a sound understanding
of the ‘photographic process’ and since leaving
college photography has been his living.

He has a great empathy and fascination with the
natural world, and his images capture the timeless
beauty of the British countryside and its wonderful
variety of flora and fauna.

His commissions, whether ‘tourist’, ‘natural’ or
‘man’s best friend’, all provide a unique challenge
and the opportunity to record the subject from
his own individual perspective.
